Your stomach is in need of some grub but you don’t have the dough to buy it. So my fellow hobo students, what the hell do you do?

When I’m hungry and I am too broke to buy any food, I hit up a little buffet that I like call “Costco”. You have to be a member of Costco to enter their store but there is a way to work around this little barrier. It is really easy to get your ass inside. All you do is wait for a family or group approaching the entrance. As they get closer to the entrance, walk right up behind them to look like your apart of their group. You don’t have to communicate with them, just follow them closely and you will be fine. I’m sure there are other ways of getting inside without being a member but this is the way I do it.

After upon entry, start hitting up all of the free food sample stands which are usually operated by sweet wrinkling old ladies. You can stop at each stand as many times as you want, trust me it’s OK to do it. When I have gone there in the past, I would visit each stand a minimum of three times. The times that I have done this I was never questioned about what I was doing. If you do get questioned just say “Hey I’m a hobo student who is starving, give me a fu###ng break!”

    This is hilarious, my girlfriend and I used to do this all the time and I have to say the buffet is the best at Christmas. Love it, I just didn’t know anyone else did this. lol.

    LOL! Not a bad idea…what I used to do was become a frequent visitor to relatives I don’t usually visit. If I time my visit right around lunch or dinner, chances were I’d get to eat with them (for free!).

    Well, that’s cool, not a bad idea during the lean times. Actually, your best bet is to go there on a Saturday cuz they have much higher member traffic and definitely more grub to choose from. Now if you can muster up $1.50 you can grab a gourmet hotdog with all the trimmings and a large drink! Bon appitit!

    Just tell them when you are asked for your Costco card that you want to sign up for a memebership. They will direct you to the membership line just by pass it and help youself to the free bites. You can also do this at Sam’s club.
